EditDNS.net is owned and operated by Nerdie Networks LLC.

Term: There is no contract for both free and paid users. This Agreement may be terminated by client or EditDNS.net at any time without prior notice and without cause.

Billing: EditDNS.net has a donation service for those who need extra services not provided by the free account. EditDNS.net uses third party billing systems to handle donations through the EditDNS.net website. EditDNS.net is not responsible for any billing issues via the third party company you donated through. EditDNS does not guarantee additional services will remain a feature for the life of your account.

Refunds: There are no refunds for donations in services. All sales are final.

Privacy: EditDNS.net does not, and will not, sell, rent, loan, lease, trade or market personal information about those who visit this web site or contact the EditDNS.net offices unless law enforcement is involved.

Right To Refuse Service: EditDNS.net reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Spam/Illegal Activites: EditDNS.net has zero tolerance for the use of its network by anyone for the distribution of unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail transmissions and/or illegal activities. This includes using EditDNS.net's services to control and run botnets. Any reports of such activities will cause your account to be deleted.

Hacked Account: EditDNS.net is not responsible for accounts that get hacked due to email accounts being compromised. EditDNS.net will not reset your password, nor delete your account in this situation.

Publication of Certain Material: Anyone who publishes materials and information which are accessible through the EditDNS.net network is solely responsible for the content of such materials and information and is solely responsible to know and comply with all laws applicable to the publication and distribution of such materials and information. EditDNS.net does not accept responsibility for the content of the materials and information published by others that is accessible through the EditDNS.net network and does not accept responsibility for the violation of any laws resulting from such publication or distribution.

Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. If you are found with multiple accounts, they will be deleted and you will no longer be welcome to use any of EditDNS.net's services.

Outages: EditDNS and Nerdie Networks will try it's best to keep the network up at all times, however in the event if an outage, EditDNS is not responsible for any losses, liabilities and expenses due to the outage. EditDNS does not recommend using any of it's services for life critical domain names or websites.

Limitation/Disclaimer of Liability: EditDNS.net is not liable for the protection or privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet or any other network EditDNS.net or its customers may utilize.

EditDNS.net does not represent or warrant to client that client will receive continual and uninterrupted services during the term of this agreement. In no event shall EditDNS.net be liable to client for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of EditDNS.net services.

Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold EditDNS.net harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to or arising out of the services provided by EditDNS.net.

EditDNS.net has the right to change the terms of service at any time. All clients will be notified upon changes and must agree to changes to continue to use our services.
